Due to business growth, Festo Corporation is looking for a CNC Machinist to join the team at their Regional Service Facility in Mason, OH . If you have experience setting up and operating CNC Machines , Festo Corporation wants to hear from you! Shifts available: 2nd shift - 3:30 PM – 12 AM 3rd Shift - 11 PM – 7:30 AM As a valued team member, you will enjoy: Excellent Compensation – Earn $20/hr. – $26/hr. Plus up to a $150/month bonus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform basic CNC machine setups. Ability to read basic programs for the CNC Lathe machines Machines production components to critical blueprint tolerances. Machine piston rods on CNC Lathe Clean and maintain production equipment as required. Perform first piece inspection to drawing specifications. Changes tool off sets to maintain dimensions per production drawings. Reads inspection equipment in both inch and metric increments (caliper, micrometer, depth gage, Last word indicator, pitch micrometer etc…) Based on production orders, selects appropriate size and type material from stock rack. Presses flat on rod and checks dimensions to ensure accuracy. Verifies conformance of all components to specifications. Uses various types of roller burnishing machines to finish piston rods. Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required, such as cutting of profile material and assembly of cylinders.
