Timberland Partners is looking for an exemplary Maintenance Supervisor in the greater Omaha, NE area. In this role you will be the head of the maintenance department, leading a team of service technicians and vendors at the beautiful Park West apartment community. You are responsible for overseeing 270 units, taking ownership of ordering supplies, scheduling work orders, and making the residents’ move in process as smooth as possible. Most importantly, you oversee all apartment service activities. What you will bring to the position: 3+ years of general maintenance experience and at least 3 years in a multi-family work order environment Previous supervisory experience Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances, pool and spa equipment and other community systems Certifications desired: boiler license, EPA, CPO, electrical, plumbing, first aide, etc. Position responsibilities: Supervises and schedules the activities of the service team Coordinates, schedules and responds to work orders for occupied units Coordinates, schedules and prepares vacant units for move-in Coordinates, schedules and performs community preventive maintenance Orders supplies, schedules vendors/contractors and manages the maintenance budget Supports and adheres to all safety policies and procedures Don’t let this opportunity pass you by!
