Job Purpose:  

The successful Sourcing Manager applicant provides oversight of the organization’s purchasing function. Develops policies and procedures for the organization related to the procurement of goods and services. The successful applicant is familiar with supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures as it relates to the organization. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to strategically plan and execute against corporate goals. Manages annual spend to drive year over year cost reduction. 

Who are we looking for? 

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, or Engineering Sciences. 
• 6 Years minimum experience with a solid acumen for sourcing and procurement 
• Has a broad background in Procurement and hands on development and implementing business solutions. 
• Has the ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization 
• 5-8 years of progressively increasing responsibility, experience in both procurement and subject matter area supported preferred. 
• Up to 10% travel
