Qualifications:

  • 7 years or more of electrical background experience
  • PLC, HMI programming experience required
  • Leadership/supervisory experience preferred

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and effective work environment
  • Must be able to keep all scheduled workflow on time and complete in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Responsible for overall on-time project completion
  • Communicate daily with updates on progress of job completions, including sub-assemblies
  • Review, evaluate and report any unsafe work environments and equipment related issues
  • Responsible for scheduling of all manpower while working with the Production Manager relative to the requirements for completion of the equipment
  • Evaluate and communicate personnel needs for all aspects of the assembly department
  • Work with the Engineering Department or Production Manager to resolve issues related to production of equipment and improve product cost and function.
  • Responsible for performance evaluations and any disciplinary issues
  • Maintaining safe working environment relating to all electrical aspects (NEC, NFPA, OSHA, etc…)
