Qualifications:
- 7 years or more of electrical background experience
- PLC, HMI programming experience required
- Leadership/supervisory experience preferred

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and effective work environment
- Must be able to keep all scheduled workflow on time and complete in the most cost-effective manner.
- Responsible for overall on-time project completion
- Communicate daily with updates on progress of job completions, including sub-assemblies
- Review, evaluate and report any unsafe work environments and equipment related issues
- Responsible for scheduling of all manpower while working with the Production Manager relative to the requirements for completion of the equipment
- Evaluate and communicate personnel needs for all aspects of the assembly department
- Work with the Engineering Department or Production Manager to resolve issues related to production of equipment and improve product cost and function.
- Responsible for performance evaluations and any disciplinary issues
- Maintaining safe working environment relating to all electrical aspects (NEC, NFPA, OSHA, etc…)
