Excel Truck Group, a growing East Coast heavy truck dealership, is seeking a Administrative Office Manager to join their Weyers Cave, VA team. This is a critical role responsible for performing a variety of Accounting functions that support our Dealerships departments. As an Accounting and Administrative Assistant, you would support the completion of accounting functions and other duties that support our dealerships administrative functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the dealership with all administrative duties.
  • Daily Reconcile Cash Box
  • Post payments
  • Daily Deposits
  • Reconciliation of the credit card payments daily.
  • New hire orientation and enrollment administration.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable Accounts.
  • Assist in the review of account schedules (cash, sublet, prepaid, etc.).
  • Support the Accounting workflow. To include daily scanning.
  • Reconcile the Fuel statements monthly for the dealership.
  • Assist in covering our receptionist area and other areas as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned to support our dealership.
