Our client, a top real estate company in the area, is seeking an experienced corporate trainer to join their Milwaukee, WI team as the Corporate Trainer. This is a critical role where you will quickly take over the processes that are in place, but also use their needs assessment skills to identify relevant curriculum and use innovative training methods to enhance and preserve the knowledge capital within the organization. You will work with various levels of professionals from new hires to seasoned associates. You will not have direct reports, but you will interact and be part of a support team that works hand-in-hand with operations for success. 

If you have corporate training and curriculum design experience, this is an opportunity you need to explore. Real estate industry experience is a plus!

  • The ability to master many areas of a business even with limited experience in that space.
