We are looking for a Plant Production Associates to join our Baltimore, MD team on 2nd and 3rd shift. Take advantage of this career with Valley Proteins where you will enjoy where you work and who you work with.

2nd shift is 2:30pm-11:00pm and 3rd shift is 10:30pm-7:00am

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

  • Ability to work unsupervised to complete tank repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ability to read and write to understand safety training and maintain work records.
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication, cutting, and welding is preferred but is not required.

Essential Functions

  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals to prepare tanks for refurbishing.
  • Perform repairs to grease tanks and lids to make them road ready for raw material customers.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area.
  • Report any issues to the Transportation Manager about repair problems with the tanks for possible changes to make them safer.
