Due to growth and plans for facility expansion, Super Radiator Coils, a family-owned manufacturer in the Richmond, VA area, is hiring for Production Associates.  

Regardless of your previous experience, you will be fully trained, and will have the opportunity to explore a variety of roles to find what suits your abilities best!

These openings are for the 2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

There are several types of Production Positions that the company works to match with the individual skills and interests of qualified applicants.  Examples include assembling heat exchangers using hand tools and blueprints, building custom packaging from detailed instructions using lumber and other packaging materials, or using a custom hand torch to braze metals and complete the critical pressure boundary of the heat exchanger.  As your skills improve, you will also be eligible for pay raises.

If you have a steady work history, we want to hear from you! If you have previous manufacturing experience or are comfortable with hand tools or rulers, that is a huge plus.
