Due to growth and plans for facility expansion, Super Radiator Coils, a family-owned manufacturer in the Richmond, VA area, is hiring for Equipment Operators.   

Whether you have previous manufacturing experience, or technical aptitude and a willingness to learn; you will have the opportunity to explore various positions and develop your skills.  

These openings are for the 2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. 

The Equipment Operator positions involve operating advanced metal forming equipment to cut and bend tubing, punch and shape aluminum, and expand metal assemblies.  Operators select and set precision tooling, load raw materials, use conversational programming, and perform quality checks using inspection measurement tools.  As you improve your abilities and move through skill levels, you will also be eligible for pay raises.
