Parts Clerk

We are looking for a Parts Clerk to join our Linkwood, MD team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling parts, tools, and equipment inventory for the division.

This position may be required to work 2nd or 3rd shift with weekend work required.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• Minimum one year purchasing experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Computer experience in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Warehouse space utilization skills.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP experience preferred.

Essential Functions:

• Maintains inventory control.
• Prices and requisitions parts, tools, and equipment.
• Writes purchase requisitions for merchandise orders.
• Maintains records of all purchases.
• Makes entries into computer-based inventory program (SAP).
• Ensures parts and materials are available as needed for repair or replacement.
• Manages plant MRO budget and cost controls.
