  • Establish, develop, and monitor optimum processes and procedures to ensure the quality of the product
  • Develop testing and inspection procedures to verify the product meets or exceeds customer expectations by means of quantitative analysis.
  • Maintain quality standards within the QS9000 Quality System.
  • Interface with Technical Services and Commercial Department to develop optimum processes to improve existing quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of customer quality/material requirements
  • Review status and makes appropriate decisions regarding disposition of material for assigned area(s) and recommend corrective and preventative actions
  • Communicate quality requirements or changes to Manufacturing Personnel
  • Interface with Plating/Rolling/Annealing/Finishing as needed to satisfy immediate customer requirements and future requirements of the process associated with process technology improvements
