We are looking for Fleet Mechanics to join our 2nd and 3rd shift East Earl, PA teams. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible performing preventive maintenance service on company fleet to minimize down time and make modifications to company fleet as directed by management and according to company and manufacturers’ specifications and guidelines to meet employer’s needs.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant mechanical experience including high competence on all truck/trailer systems
  • High level knowledge of shop diagnostic computer programs
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication, cutting and welding
  • Valid CDL driver license
  • Own tools
  • Volvo/Mack Master Tech Certified and/or ASE Heavy Truck Certified 

In this critical role, you will be:

  • Performing scheduled service on all vehicles.
  • Performing inspections.
  • Performing major repairs to equipment, including engine, rear end, clutch, brake overhauls, transmission, and hydraulic system overhauls.
  • Performing minor repairs to equipment, including but not limited to cutting, welding, changing tires, and replacing lights.
  • Performing electrical system repairs on vehicles.
  • Maintaining clean and organized work area.
  • Maintaining records of repairs and enter into SAP system for tracking.
