If you have the following, IMRA wants to hear from you:

  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of Desktops and Servers along with IT hardware such as laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Ability to handle software deployments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems (Desktop Windows 10; Server - Windows 2012 R2\2016\2019), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Office 2013\2016, Microsoft SharePoint 2013\2016, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft System Center

Job Duties:

  • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
  • Assists in the support of corporate information technology system, including servers, workstations, laptops, LAN, and Internet/Intranet.
  • Provides software application support, which includes trouble shooting, analyzing, and solving software, and equipment problems.
  • Conducts corporate IT inventory audit(s)
  • Assists IT Manager in special projects
