GALA North America, one of the leading candle and scent companies, is searching for motivated individuals to join their team as Production Operators for all shifts at their facility in Dublin, VA.

If you have the willingness to learn, the ability to lift 20 lbs., and the ability to stand for extended periods of time, they want to hear from you! Must have a High School diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.

  • Competitive hourly pay – Starting at $12-14/hr. and up, plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd Voluntary overtime available on Saturdays.

  • Safety guidelines – Safety is number one. Equipment will be provided for you including safety glasses, PPE such as ear plugs, & face covering mask during Covid-19. Temperature checks are done every shift (Covid-19 policy).
  • Modern facility – The Virginia facility is one of the most modern candle factories in the United States equipped with some of the newest machines in the industry like the automated robots on the production lines.

Shifts available:

1st shift – Monday – Friday, 6am-2pm

2nd shift – Monday – Friday, 2pm-10pm

3rd shift – Monday – Friday, 10pm-6am


Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures.
  • Complete work orders and requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
