  • Strong technical knowledge of PC and Servers along with IT hardware such as laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to handle software deployments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems (Desktop -Windows 7 and 10; Server - Windows 2012\2012 R2\2016\2019), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Office 2013\2016, Microsoft SharePoint 2010\2013, Microsoft SQL Server 2014\2016\2019 and Microsoft System Center 2016

Job Duties:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
  • Assist in the support of corporate information technology system, including servers, workstations, laptops, LAN and Internet/Intranet.
  • Provide software application support, which includes trouble shooting, analyzing, and solving software and equipment problems.
  • Conduct corporate IT inventory audit(s)
  • Assist IT Manager in special projects
