T3 Broadband is searching for Tower Technicians for projects that require travel to the Midwest.

Whether you are an experienced telecommunications tower climber/tower technician with 20 years under your belt, or just completed your first year in the industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist and follow instructions of Foreman and/or lead Tower Hand
  • Maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various wireless tower types
  • Assists in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of many aspects of wireless cell site foundations including: grounding conduits, electrical installations, site de-installation of antennas, coax, and cabinets
  • Climbing ladders of various heights and types
  • Operating test equipment and data reporting
  • Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment
  • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance
  • Working with a crew and responding to service calls in a timely manner
