Get more out of your driving career!  This is a winning combination of great compensation and the satisfaction that comes from being a member of a team of environmental heroes!

This is more than just your typical driving career.  You are helping to safely dispose of regulated waste, and in turn are doing your part to ensure a sustainable future for our communities and the well-being of the places we call home.  Feel good about what you do every day and the impact you make!

US Ecology, a leading North American provider of environmental services, is searching for CDL Drivers in the Vernon, CA area.

This is your chance to leverage your driving skills into a role where you can make a bigger impact and enjoy different challenges beyond just driving.  In this role you operate tractor trailers and/or box trucks and are responsible for safe and compliant transport of waste materials from various retail client sites to a designated treatment, recycling, or storage facility.

As a member of the team, you can expect:

  • Great hourly pay – Negotiable based on experience + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
  • Excellent Benefits - Medical coverage including traditional co-pay plans and HSA qualified plans (Preventive Care covered at 100%), prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, 401(k) and a lot more
  • Perks for the road – Including per diem, fuel card, and credit card for lodging when needed.
  • Emphasis on safety Because of the nature of the business, the company wants to make sure you are as safe as possible out in the field. You will be provided with all the gear and training you need to stay safe.
  • Advancement opportunities If you have career aspirations beyond driving, there are so many different avenues you can pursue within the company, including more technical roles or even into management.
  • Company and environmental impact For more than 60 years, US Ecology has partnered with retailers, manufacturers and government entities across North America to keep the environment clean. The work is hard, but the reward is significant. Their experts provide services and solutions that address complicated treatment, disposal, recycling and emergency response issues that may otherwise jeopardize the health of our planet.
