Papé Machinery is looking for a driven professional to join their team as a Service Administrator in Gilroy, CA.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Excel experience is preferred

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, opening/updating and closing shop work orders, payroll data entry, filing, preparing warranty claims and other related activities, check-in of units for repairs, helping prepare quotes for needed repairs, helping assist with interdepartmental business, and maintaining contact with internal/external customers and technicians.
