This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your machine shop experience into a Quality Manager role with a family-owned, growing job shop.

J Stadler Machine Inc. is searching for a Machining Quality Manager for their shop in Oshkosh, WI.

If you have the following, they want to hear from you:

  • CNC machining background OR quality experience in a machine shop environment
  • Skilled ability to work with blueprints
  • Ability to determine, read and use proper measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Proficiency in geometry and trigonometry

As a member of the team, you can expect:

  • Competitive pay – Starting at $23-28/hr., depending on your experience.

  • No direct reports – You will not be managing others in this role but will be the sole person in charge of inspecting the work of 15 machinists on the shift.
  • Great hours – Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, no weekends. Overtime is available.
  • Variety – You will work with components made from many types of materials including mild and alloy steels, aluminum, brass, stainless steels, plastics, and tool steels.

About the Company: J. Stadler Machine, a family-owned machine shop specializing in computer-controlled manufacturing, was established in 1986 by Jim and Corinne Stadler in Oshkosh, WI. The present 17,000 square foot facility was built on 20th Avenue and the company has continued to grow ever since. They are currently expanding to add on an additional 6,000 sq. ft. to their facility.
