We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Winchester, VA. This is a highly visible role that will serve the business related needs of the top executives of the company and the conduit for information, communications, requests coming from and going to the executive office suite.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you: 

  • Degree in Office Systems Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant position, with a successful track record of managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with MS Office products including advanced skills with Word and Excel.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the business activities of the company’s Chief Operating Officer  and other executives.
  • Process legal documents/contracts, accounting documents, such as check requests, purchase orders, invoices and expense reports, and maintain financial records as appropriate.
  • Maintain corporate records, and meeting.
  • Draft company correspondence for review and approval.
  • Plan and coordinate projects, such as business events, travel, and fundraising activities as assigned.
