In order to stay on target to reach 35% growth over the next 3 years, you will assume responsibility for creating an efficient and flexible work environment while reaching customer expectations. Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage 30-40 hourly shop employees, Plant Leads, and Engineers across two shifts of production
  • Generate and follow through with production plans
  • Purchase all necessary raw and consumable materials
  • Manage and lead facility and equipment efficiencies
  • Coordinate delivery of customer product
  • Grow existing customer relations

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 plus performance incentives
