Facility Highlights:

  • 80,000 sq. ft.
  • Two 5-axis CNC machines, six 3-axis CNC machines, thermoforming machine
  • FDA registered; ISO 13485 certified

Capabilities:

  • CNC turning & milling
  • Metal forming/bending
  • Thermoforming
  • Finishing

Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating machinery
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Ability to read blueprint schematics and diagrams
  • Ability to troubleshoot

Responsibilities:

  • Follows job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
  • Operates equipment as instructed by detailed instructions.
  • Performs minor breakdown or preventive maintenance to equipment when necessary.
  • Sets up equipment and performs tooling changes and adjustments as required.
  • Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications.
  • Completes required documentation.
  • Compiles and records data.
  • Expands skill base through on the job training, cross training and classroom instruction.
  • Other duties as necessary.
