Must be willing to learn and perform all aspects of the packing and bulk operations.
Must check and record all magnets, metal detectors, rebolt sifters, and tailings as required.
Duties
Packing
Fill and seal bags; select proper bins, bags and coding; properly load and seal trucks and boxcars; stack bags and clean work areas.
Operate all packing systems, stretch wrappers, palletizer, forklift and yard tractor.
Follow directions and perform other tasks as directed by lead packer or supervisor.
Bulk
Properly inspect and clean rail cars and inspect trucks prior to loading; select bins for loading correct weights and product into cars and truck; sample, fumigate, and seal all loads prior to shipment per instructions.
Operate car mover and bobcat in a safe manner; operate scale to obtain correct weight; complete paperwork accurately.
Clean up work areas, follow directions, and perform tasks as directed by supervisor.
Report infestation and/or contamination to ensure Bunge produces and ships a quality product.
Must report all accidents and near misses to create a safer work environment at Bunge.
Must perform safety and sanitation audits with supervisor as required.

Clean and reflow sifter sections
Work with engineers on new installations.
Responsible for making operating decisions on the off shifts.

Communicate equipment failures to maintenance before each down day.
Make proper adjustments to the mill to keep all products within specification.
Report any infestation and/or contamination to ensure Bunge produces and ships a quality product.

Must perform safety and sanitation audits with supervisor as required.
