Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect product to ensure quality. Set aside product that is below quality standards. Work closely with Team Leader and alert Mold Tech and Supervisor of any quality issues or reject conditions. Watch molds for irregularities or sticking. Timely response to quality issues is key to this position.
Complete assembly of product by installing gaskets in lids and handles in containers as required while keeping up with the production machines cycles.
Flame containers and lids when required.
Stack and pack product per instructions that vary with different customers and orders
Prepare proper product identification and/or packaging labels
Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed

Schedule shipments/pick-up for items other than FG (mold, machine parts)
Responsible for all activities of the shipping offices to include liaison between the carrier, customer service and plant personnel.
Responsible for communicating all customer or carrier issues to include stock issues, late appointments, trailer defects, and all other issues that would affect or prevent any on-time deliveries.
Ensure all shipping documents are created and maintained accurately. This includes BOLs, Hold tags and associated documents.
Responsible for all receiving and distribution of parcel shipments to plant (UPS, FEDEX)
Ownership of Finished Goods inventory, ensuring that product is shipped properly and
Hold product is handled according to guidelines and disposition
Perform shipping functions as needed, including driving a forklift.
Demonstrate organizational and team building skills and able to lead improvements. Engage employees and create a positive work atmosphere

Great Schedule – only work 7 of every 14 nights. Alternating 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off. Only work 6 months out of the year and earn full time pay and benefits!
Training in automation and robotics – On-the-job training provides the opportunity to learn from maintenance experts while vendor and machine suppliers provide training programs at no expense to you! You will learn automation equipment and robotics maintenance which make you more marketable!
Qualifications:
Proven mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing
Working knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out requirements
In this important role, you will be responsible for:
Work on night shift with mechanical and some electrical repair skills on all production equipment.
Documenting all assigned reports and maintenance work orders (MWO’s) for work performed.
Work with other maintenance, process and production personnel as necessary or directed in problem solving of equipment and production issues.
General lubrication, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, extrusion, and operational equipment issues.
Rebuild various mechanical assemblies to ensure ready spares are available as production departs require.
Safety – Responsible for working safely and following all plant safety rules and policies. Report unsafe conditions. Wear proper attire and all required PPE.
