Please click Apply or email your information to: firstname.lastname@example.org Responsibilities: Creates machining instructions by reviewing three-dimensional computer aided/automated design (CAD) blue prints and models to determine job specifications and requirements Works with team to determine new part strategies early in the sales cycle Determines the sequence of operations and required fixturing Program tool paths utilizing MasterCAM software Check programs and run a simulation prior to the CNC operation running the program on the machine and making the object Monitor and change cutting tools as needed Work closely and direct Mill Setup Technician to efficiently produce prototype parts Operate equipment utilizing proper speed, feed rate, and depth of cut to achieve optimal part cost, quality, throughput, and on time customer deliveries After programming, ensure that the machines and programs operate correctly and that products meet specifications Maintain a clean and neat work area About the company: TESSEC is a full-service precision machining company with integrated in-house capability from design through assembly.
